Description
My client is a leading IT consultancy looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a 4 month project based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The project requires an SDM to ensure a solution is delivered from the project to deliver operational excellence.
Role: Service Delivery Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 months
Location: Copenhagen
Rate: €80-€85 an hour
Workload: 100% onsite
Language: Fluent English and working knowledge of Danish
You will be required to write up system documentation as well as define the application maintenance annual cycle activities. Furthermore you will be expected to assist the internal SDM in setting up governance structure as well as setting up service processes. You will also be required to work closely with Veeva Managed Services as a third party working on technical aspects of the system. On a functional level, you will be required to support and advice on general aspects of the solution to the business.
The ideal candidate will have the following key competencies:
Good knowledge and experience of working GxP in the cloud
Good Knowledge of Veeva Vault
Knowledge of Document Management Systems
Experience of writing high-quality application documentation
