Harvey Nash are working with a world leading specialist in software quality. Alongside our client we are looking for a strong QA Test Analyst with excellent experience with testing web applications.
Job Title: Automation Test Engineer
Location: Dublin.
Contract role: 6 months Initial +
Contract rate: €450.00 - €525.00 Per Day
Job Description
In that role, the successful candidate will:
*Work in an agile team environment in the design and execution of web and mobile products.
*Work on business critical applications, supported by a team of technical experts.
*Drive continuous improvement in test coverage and test effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
*Ability to combine tools into framework providing easy to create, re-use and maintain test-ware
*Web UI test automation using Webdriver with Selenium Grid
*Ability to extend toolset
*Ability to create domain-related plugins
*Ability to provide guidelines of UI test automation
*Mobile UI test automation using Appium with Selenium Grid
*Ability to extend toolset
*Ability to create domain-related plugins
*Ability to provide guidelines of UI test automation
*Desktop test automation using Sikuli in Webdriver architecture
*Ability to extend toolset
*CLI test automation for.nix/Windows environments
*DB test automation
*Ability to add required automation areas under one umbrella using same test creating and reporting capabilities
Key Technical Skills:
*Java on advanced level - ability to understand, write and maintain code using most popular 3rd party libraries
*Test Automation - ability to understand and integrate any automation tool into existing toolset
*Webdriver - in depth knowledge of selenium, recognition and troubleshooting issues
*Appium - in depth knowledge of webdriver architecture, recognition of objects on multiple mobile platforms and troubleshooting
*AMQP - ability to create and implement messaging infrastructure
*Allure, Saiku, Grafana - Ability to integrate reporting frameworks into CI infrastructure
