For our customer we are looking for a Project manager/test manager
Job description:
The project manager/Test manager will be responsible for delivering synthetic test data to the new preproduction environments for our Client for all business areas in the Nordic countries.
Synthetic data is an important part of the test data deliverables for our Client.
The project team has been working since April and is about to finish the first scope delivery for our Client in Finland.
All processes are well defined and focus will be on delivering in time and improve the current processes and possible also the tools used.
The team consists of 1 enrolment manager and 3 developers.
The developers have the following tasks:
- Automate the creation and update of synthetic customers and accounts for all applications for our Client's pre-prod environment.
- create test data for business critical flow and integrations and are using the following tools: QTP/UTF including VB Scripting, Selenium, SQL and QC The enrolment manager has the following main tasks:
- Insourcing of applications
- Definition of data profiles scoped for data flows
- Monitoring data coverage by comparing data profiles with test cases
Required skills:
We expect that the candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of working experience from test data related projects (including test strategy work and tool knowledge for generation of test data)
- Experience from working with different cultures and running cross country projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead your project team
- Good communication skills to manage stakeholders and their expectations
- Strong initiating, planning, executing and monitoring skills
You will become part of a project management group with 1 test data architect and 6 project managers responsible for delivering masked production data and transaction data for midrange and Mainframe applications.
