Senior Solution Architect Spain - Long term contract

We are looking for a Solution Architects for our clients in Spain, this is a very large scale transformation programme to a shared service environment, knowledge of SOA is essential as well as front and Back End technology. The Solution Architect primary goal is to ensure that the solution fits within the enterprise context, led and defined by the Enterprise Architecture team.
The successful candidate must be ready to:
- Lead the proposal of a technical solution for a business need.
- Coordinate the rest of architects who participate during this process, in relation to the consistent usage of enterprise information, effective integration in with other applications, correct infrastructure definition and the compliance with the enterprise security policy.
- Participate, support and review the technical designs related to each deliverable of the project
- Support the business analysts in understanding the business needs and in translating them into technical language
- Influence business process design In the case of a higher level, Solution Architect Team Leader, this role is responsible to manage a team of Solution Architects and Application Architects for a particular area, assigning and prioritizing tasks; "people care" and employee satisfaction participating in setting and reviewing objectives, training plans and salary and bonus reviews. In addition to identify the best end to end solution maintaining understanding of business needs.
