Our client requires a Service Designer based in Guernsey.
Necessary
- 3+ years experience
- Very experienced in qualitative user research
- A range of design research and testing techniques
- Customer journey mapping and ideal journey design
- Service prototyping
- Persona creation
- Worked with complex service originations (Government, utilities, charities, banking, automotive etc.)
- Worked to research and design complex transnational multi touchpoint & multi-channel services
- Production of high fidelity Service design blueprints
Ideally

- Post Grad design/innovation type MA
