Our client is seeking a MicroStrategy developer, with expertise across all aspects of the application, to work in an agile environment. The initiative that the role supports will deliver rapid value to business users through the use of Business Intelligence tools to bring insight driven analysis to the forefront of its decision making capability.
Skills:
*Microstrategy 9.4.1
*Datamodelling skills
*Architect (Should be able to design Schema based on the semantic design)
*Complex Report creation
*Complex Dashboards creation
*Experience in quickly creating high quality Mockups for presentations
*Cubes creation- Good knowledge on Cube Advisor
*Knowledge on Gannt charts, all kinds of graphs, widgets (When to use what)
*Performance Tuning of Dashboards, Reports and Cubes
*Mobile Dashboards Development
*Good Experience in Transaction Services
*Knowledge on XQuery and Webservice calls
*Good knowledge in preparing Functional & Technical Specification Documents + NFRs + SoW
*Knowledge on all the VLDB settings present. Should be able to explain which setting is used for what purpose
*Excellent knowledge on SQL. Should be able to quickly write SQL queries for any complex requirement given and also Stored procedures wherever required. Need to have good knowledge on creating indexes
*SDK Knowledge (Would be added advantage
