Scrum Master & System Analyst
Tremendous opportunity for a Scrum Master & System Analyst with strong documentation experience to join a dynamic organization and work on mission critical projects.
You will be working on a variety of projects. You will be responsible for being the Scrum Master, doing system analysis, technical documentation, gathering and documenting requirements, implementing Agile processes, organizing user stories, facilitating meetings, and reporting on the process of the project.
We are looking for a evangelous who can promote Agile and institutionalize the processes we want to follow. You will be the Scrum Master 50% of the time and a System Analyst the remaining 50% of your time.
This is an initial 8 week contract that has the option to extend longer term or convert to direct hire. The position is based in the Marietta area and you must be onsite for this project. Great work environment and the opportunity to make an impact.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years as a Scrum Master
- Strong System Analysis experience
- 4+ years as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of driving projects to successful completion
- Strong MS Project experience
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Very strong requirements gat hering and documentation skills
- Strong Business Analysis experience and skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong Agile/Scrum
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Highly organized
- Experience bridging the gaps between the Business and IT
