Our client is a renowned Financial Services Organisations. Their efforts range from regulating Consumer Credit to driving action on Foreign Exchange manipulation or serving to strengthen accountability in the banking sector. This organisation is working with the industry help to shield consumers, ensure the integrity of the UK financial system and encourage fair and effective competition.
Our Client is looking for a Systems Accountant with the aim of supporting key functional systems such as Hyperion Planning.
The role will require the candidate to do the following:
- Monitor and analyse trends in support calls and other reported systems issues
- Perform system maintenance, for example ensuring that the chart of accounts structures in their financial systems to keep up-to-date to reflect changes in their organisational structure and/or its financial management and reporting framework.
- Educate users, for example by working with Management Accountants in the business to increase their understanding of Hyperion Planning and Oracle processes
A successful candidate with have the following experience/skill:
- Experience on Oracle Financials and Hyperion products is a prerequisite.
- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning application, or equivalent together with working experience of Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR)
- Computer literacy and well developed skills in advance Excel coding up to VBA, Word, Access and Power-point.
