Oracle DBA required for a 6-12 month contract based in Cork, Ireland

Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities & experience required:

- Plan, test and implement database migrations and upgrades (Oracle 11g to 12c)

- Troubleshoot Oracle 12c post-upgrade issues (bugs, performance issues)

- Upgrade Oracle Goldengate 11g to 12c

- Support the Oracle team with incidents, requests and change orders

Experience in the following areas is highly valued:

Exadata database upgrades or migrations
Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c - Incident Manager, Provisioning and Cloud features
DevOps automation experience in Ansible for Oracle
