Your tasks:
- Installation of Windows servers based on installation manual
- Lifecycle management of Windows servers based on defined processes and steps
- 2nd level support Windows infrastructure (Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, Citrix)
- Configuration management (Windows based) for defined processes
- Change management (Windows based) for defined processes
- Quality Gate "Release Manager"
- Review delivered packages and provide documentation
- Installation on test system
- Basic shakedown testing of new packages
Your qualifications
- Solid Microsoft Foundation with specialist know-how and experience in Windows technology
- Experience as Windows server administrator
- Change process know-how and experience
- Scripting know-how and experience (e.g. PowerShell); program language skills in the .NET area are helpful for the change management process
- SQL server operations know-how beneficial
- ITIL know-how and MCSE certification are mandatory
