z/OS DB Services Support Analyst
The DB Services support team provides a 24x7 support by Onsite and On-call service for banking applications which run on the z/OS platform.
The team ensures the availability of all DB2 Objects of the whole production-, test- and development environments.
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge with Operating system z/OS
- Strong knowledge with DB2, SQL
- Knowledge with REXX
- Knowledge with TWS and JCL
- Knowledge with Incident and Problem Management (ITIL)
Soft skills:
- Team Player, Initiative and customer oriented thinking, must perform independently
- Communicative and open minded
- Ability to work under pressure in hectic situations
