z/OS DB Services Support Analyst

The DB Services support team provides a 24x7 support by Onsite and On-call service for banking applications which run on the z/OS platform.

The team ensures the availability of all DB2 Objects of the whole production-, test- and development environments.

Technical skills:

  • Good knowledge with Operating system z/OS
  • Strong knowledge with DB2, SQL
  • Knowledge with REXX
  • Knowledge with TWS and JCL
  • Knowledge with Incident and Problem Management (ITIL)

Soft skills:

  • Team Player, Initiative and customer oriented thinking, must perform independently
  • Communicative and open minded
  • Ability to work under pressure in hectic situations
