z/OS Production Control Support Analyst
The team operates in a 24x7 Support via onsite & on call cover for batch processing & order management for the different banking applications running on z/OS platform. The team is responsible for the entire housekeeping suite across all production, development & test systems.
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge with Operating system z/OS, UNIX
- Strong knowledge with TWS and JCL
- Good knowledge with REXX
- Knowledge with Serena ChangeMan ZMF
- Knowledge with Incident and Problem Management (ITIL)
Soft skills:
- Team Player, Initiative and customer oriented thinking, must perform independently
- Communicative and open minded
- Ability to work under pressure in hectic situations
