z/OS Online Support Analyst
The team operates in a 24x7 Support via onsite & on call cover for online processing & order management for the different banking applications running on z/OS platform.
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge with Operating system z/OS
- Good knowledge with CICS, MQ, WebSphere
- Knowledge with REXX
- Knowledge with DB2
- Knowledge with Incident and Problem Management (ITIL)
Soft skills:
- Team Player, Initiative and customer oriented thinking, must perform independently
- Communicative and open minded
- Ability to work under pressure in hectic situations
