Our client is urgently searching for a strong Mainframe developer with Mainframe z/OS, Cobol, DB2, JCL, TWS, Infrastructure development, Agile, application design, test, architecture, Swedish experience to work on a critical project in Sweden as a contractor.

The role is for a Senior IT Mainframe Developer
Develop, maintain and improve new and existing solutions and as well as implement new requirements into our IT platforms.

I n collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues scope, estimate, develop and test the solutions.
Are a problem solver with a flair for analysis.
Are known as a good communicator, appreciated for your cooperative style and structured way of working.
Enjoy acting as a sparring partner to management and are prepared to drive tasks on regular basis.
A broad experience in IT, including application design, test, solution architecture and infrastructure development.
5+ years' experience in software or IT infrastructure development with experience of Agile development.
Participate in on-call schedule.
Technical skills in IBM Mainframe z/OS, Cobol, DB2, JCL, TWS or other similar scheduler.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably with qualifications in IT or Engineering.
An advantage with experience with accounting solutions in Banking Industry.
