Description

Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a Scrum Master in Den Haag, Holland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owner in creating sprint backlog
  • Run sprints and organize Scrum ceremonies
  • Organize retrospection and plan and execute improvements in the sprint team
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within and between teams
  • Manage and resolve impediments
  • Provide technical advice when required
  • Demonstrate value-add principles to the team and ensure Agile/Scrum concepts are adhered to
  • Notice differences and issues as they arise and be a voice of reason
  • Facilitate discussion and alternative or different approaches
  • Lead and coach team members in growing their (technical development) craft, skills and capabilities
  • Develop software and make the 'tough calls' regarding technical/development matters and issues

Key Requirements

  • Experience as a Scrum Master on large enterprise software development projects with experience as a Scrum Master in a Digital Marketing environment.
  • Experience with backlog management and planning sprints using Scrum tools
  • In-depth knowledge of software development and the software development life cycle
  • Web development experience in JavaScript or testing experience
  • Certification in Scrum Master role and experience in coaching newcomers to Scrum
  • Experience of Agile life cycle management tools, eg JIRA

Type: 3 Month Contract

Location: Den Haag, Netherlands.

Rate: 40-45 euros per hour
