C# Software Engineer - C#, .NET, WPF, WCF, MVVM, Moq, NUnit - London
My client, a global finance company in London, require a C# Developer to be part of the team developing an order management platform. This is primarily developed in C# using WCF & Winforms on an Oracle database.
You will assist with the full software development life cycle starting under specific instructions whilst complying with coding standards
Use industry best practice to design and implement software components, supporting them through test and into production
Assist with developing spreadsheet based Analytics solutions
Provide feedback and influence the design of the system through discussions
Solve complex technical problems within the context of a multi-disciplinary team
Fulfil any additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Professional/Technical Skills
Essential
? Minimum 5 years experience developing commercial software in C#
? Experience of developing software within the Microsoft Visual Studio environment
C#, TDD (Unit testing frameworks such as Moq, NUnit), Dependency Injection frameworks (unity), Dapper, WCF, Oracle SQL
? Good understanding of distributed systems
? Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
Desirable
? Understanding of Financial markets and trading
? Broad knowledge of computing languages and platforms
