Hello,
For my client near Lyon (France), I am urgently looking for a Network specialist for a long-term contract.
Project:
The main recurring activities are:
- Follow ToIP platform for France
- Manage our service provider for our Telephony system (Run and project)
- Provide necessary training and documentation to move incident mngt to Service desk on ToIP platform
- Incident management
- Follow up problem management for Network
- Problem, Change, and Capacity Management.
- Help IT resources on delivery application that require change on ToIP infra.
The main projects are:
- Pilot Move of HQ telephony system
- Create Trunk SIP for a small Call Center
- Manage Upgrade Jabber Client on our Citrix Farm
- Manage the Upgrade of CUCM
- Manage a T2 migration to Trunk SIP
Key skills:
Network ToIP Engineer with a strong experience in Network project and outsource management in an international area
Good technical knowledge on Network and Telephony system (Cisco)
ITIL certification
English & French fluent mandatory !
