My prestigious client is looking for an Oracle E-business Suite Functional Lead, working as part of an R12 implementation team. This is part of the ongoing Oracle functional project support roles for Dublin to support the Lloyd's MA & Oracle Treasury projects in addition to 2017 BAU level 3 support for existing finance applications. This will include working on a range of projects such as new module implementations, updates and enhancements to existing installed Applications such as GL, AP, Assets and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). Perform Health checks and assessments of potential enhancement.

Rationale:

As part of the ongoing development of Oracle Applications within my client there is a need for a dedicated Functional Implementation resource to deal with evolution of the Oracle Applications to meet the business needs such as, Solvency II, Lloyds of London Syndicate reporting, UK & Irish GAAP Reporting, the potential use of the Cash Management Module, Potential future enhancements such as Treasury and Human Resources.
In addition, each year the finance community require changes to functionality should as Revaluation, Mass Allocations, FAH Accounting Logic and Ledger Cross Validation rules. These types of changes required a skilled Functional Lead to accurately assess the cross functional implications of the changes and to deliver the agreed solution.

Experience and Skills:
3 to 4 years implementing Oracle EBS Financials
Strong Functional knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, specifically Mass Allocation functionality, Payables, Assets and FAH with a strong overall understanding of Sub Ledger Accounting.
Knowledge of the following EBS financials modules: Cash Management, HR and Treasury.
Strong Knowledge of Oracle Development tools, System Administration functions and database structure.
Working Knowledge of: PL/SQL, JDeveloper, Oracle Reports and Forms, Oracle Workflow.
The individual should be able to demonstrate an ability to translate business requirements into an appropriate functional design by working with the user Community or Business Analyst to fully understand the business need.
