3) Retail Inventory Planning
a. Inventory Valuation Methodologies
b. Open to Buy and Forecasting
c. Store grading and purchase allocations
4) Store Operations
a. Shifts, cash counts, bank drops
b. Purchasing and Receiving
c. Shelf Replenishment and labels
d. Store Returns
5) Headquarters Processing Function
a. Configuration of Store Communications and Processing
b. Pushing store configurations
c. Pulling store sales
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + extensions
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Rate: Market (all inclusive)
