Description
ERP Cutover Lead required for an SAP to Oracle migrations project.
Responsibilities:
Finalise the cutover strategy and approach
Finalise the cutover plan (in liaison with business, IT and third parties as required) in line with the cutover strategy and approach
Define and gather input on the contingency plan (in liaison with business, IT and third parties as required) in line with the cutover strategy and approach
Manage cutover dry runs (including contingency) and cutover to production
Operationalise the cutover team for production cutover
Manage mitigation and resolution of cutover risks and issues
Lead daily cutover checkpoint meetings and manage stakeholders
Monitor and report progress on cutover to programme leadership
Define the Hypercare strategy and approach
Define and gather input on Hypercare plan in line with Hypercare approach
