Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Production Planner for a project with a leading bank with the choice to work in either Stockholm or Copenhagen.

Description:
Group Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions (GAS) is a newly established and growing organisation with a strong mission and the authorisation to secure the prevention of money laundering and financial crime.

Our client is looking for a strong Production Planner steering and handling the volume of customer coming into the process and do the FTE planning.
The production planner is working closely with the head of the KYC Processing, Group AML & Sanctions unit.

The position we offer
KYC Processing is a group wide, centralized organization that is responsible for performance and execution of enhanced customer due diligence on our client's customers and other Know-Your-Customer (KYC) related activities.
The unit handles the implementation of new processes, tools, responsibilities and legal requirements in order to prevent the risk of non-compliance.

The position is a great opportunity to join one of the most exciting efforts within the bank and gain a key role as responsible for delivering efficient operational sparring and support as well as contribute to the strategic agenda.

As production planner your most vital tasks will be to:
- Develop, implement and lead production planning in KYC Processing on Nordic level
- Analyze inflow of task and make sure the staff planning is aligned to the need
- Support local management in production planning and execution
- Develop and implement management reporting with focus on production and quality
- Deliver high quality analyses and suggest improvement/changes to management
- Secure the delivery of high quality communication material to internal and external stakeholders making sure that the message is understood.
- Execute and follow up on relevant projects and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between the units within Group Anti-Money Laundering & Sanctions.
You will not only cover a wide range of responsibilities in relation to handling tasks and support colleagues, but also get a chance to impact strategic, tactical and operational decisions and evolve personally and professionally.

The qualifications you need
We are looking for a result oriented experienced production planner who has extensive experience best from the industry in similar positions.
It is essential that you understand the underlying business drivers and take a cross-functional perspective in discussions on production plans plans and best practices.

- Are an excellent production planner with experience in production planning from the industry
- Have a solution oriented mind-set, comfortable running responsibilities independently.
- Thrive in an environment where standards are high and deadlines can be short.
- Are good at keeping the overview and able to structure and organise effectively.
- Have an analytical mind-set and value the importance of trust and integrity.
- Are able to engage and involve stakeholders, and when cooperating and interacting with others you are appreciated for your proactive and positive can-do attitude.
- Further to this, we expect you to be fluent in written and spoken English.
- If you have a solid knowledge of compliance, it will be considered an advantage.
