IT and Telecoms Recruitment Consultant - HR/Resource/Contract/Hiring/Application
For one of the world's biggest technology companies, (a name that will look fantastic on your freelance CV!), we require a Recruitment Consultant to work on a 3 month rolling contract basis in Belgium
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
* Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
* Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.
* Work closely with human resources Director and executive leadership to participate in planning activities to determine hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
* Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
* Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for recruits throughout the interviewing process (ie, communicate status, answer questions, schedule start dates, and coordinate all follow-up efforts).
* Provide regular updates and feedback to managers and manage all communication with candidates
* Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources System (to create).
* Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and local authorities and 3rd party companies
Telecom experience essential.
English only (French/Dutch is beneficial).
