Senior Java Developer, Brussels

A leading telecoms company based in Brussels are searching for a Senior Java Developer to assist at all levels of the full software development life cycle starting from the definition of the MVPs (minimum viable products).
The Java developer will design, own, operate and maintain new and current solutions in an Agile environment to continuously deliver value to customers, you will be involved with voice solutions and drive the software quality, security and performance through unit, functional and performance tests.
Essential Skills:
- Java 8
- Jax-rs
- CXF
- Tomcat 7
- Reverse Proxy: Nginx
- MongoDB
- PostgreSQL
- Unit and integration tests: junit, mockito
- Design: define and draw design proposition
- Http, https: traffic to/from application, inside code (read/write)
- Encryption: private/public key, keystore, ssl
- Javascript: basic, JQuery, Angular
- Css, HTML
- Linux/unix: ssh, scp, bash and/or other Scripting language, debugging
- Debugging capability: jProfiler, tcpdump, system resources
- Agile/scrum
Desired Skills:
- SIP knowledge
- Kamaillo, freeswitch/LUA knowledge
- Basics of IVR knowledge
- Knowledge on mobile app development
- Performance/scalability testing
- Telco knowledge
- Telecom protocols (INAP, SMPP, SS7), telecom knowledge (SMS, VOICE)
