Description

My client has an urgent requirement for a Service Catalogue Manager - Sunbury - £484 per day.

A key function is to provide a clear articulation of the client service offers and implement transparent service consumption & costing by SPU. The Service Catalogue Manager is accountable for the development and ownership of the differentiated service offers across a subset of my client. This role provides the leadership to define the services, understand service costs, support the overall demand management process. This role interfaces across all service lines, Finance, E2E Service Transformation and Performance management, as well as in collaboration with the another Service Catalogue Manager to achieve its objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to engage business stakeholders in an effective manner by understanding business needs for IT&S services as well as the ability to engage within the internal IT organisation

  • Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders and to operate successfully at all levels.

  • Very strong analytical skills/ability. Strong ability to correlate information from a variety of sources. Demonstrate experience in simplifying complex data analysis, analysing trends and anomalies, and financial management skills, as well as simplifying the processes utilised to deliver these

  • Have a good understanding of the services and products delivered by an IT Service function

  • Results-driven, logical and methodical approach to achieving tasks and objectives

  • Strong management of performance and drive for continuous improvement

  • Strong ability to organize IT services and products into differentiated offerings, providing clear options with transparency of cost

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, self-managed, and results-oriented.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Excel Skills (eg vlookups, array functionality, pivot tables) and understanding of databases

  • Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS SharePoint, MS PowerPoint

Servicenow experience desirable.
