For our customer we are looking for a Senior IT Application Outsourcing - Project Manager
Assignment Description
Our Client has launched the 2020 aspirations for the business and IT is a key stakeholder in reaching those.
In order to support the targets, our clients Global IT has embarked on a major Transformation Program called RUNIT, to centralize the IT operating model, enhance IT's engagement with LoB and implement a new governance framework to take control of all IT spend globally.
The main responsibility of the IT Application Outsourcing Consultant would be formulating the processes, plans and activities for IT applications outsourcing to a new outsourcing supplier which will include transition and transformation phases. The consultant will be working as part of a team.
Tasks and Competencies required
Tasks
Being responsible for planning, developing processes and execution plans for IT applications Transition and Transformation (T&T) Program as part of large outsourcing initi-ative which will include initial planning to the detailed activities with deeper understanding of IT landscapes, variables, technical and non-technical dependencies and risks involved.
Develop and contribute to T&T program for application outsourcing with focus on costs optimizations as well as operational efficiencies within strict timelines.
Management Competencies and Soft Skills:
Proven Significant experience of structuring, running and managing complex IT application Transition and Transformation Programs as part of large IT outsourcing initia-tives involving big international outsourcing suppliers. Preferable experience with in Pharma Companies as outsourcer organizations.
Strong Project Management and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience with global/offshore IT applications delivery and engagement mod-els and in depth understanding of critical factors for success of a complex T&T Program.
Good collaboration/communication skills.
Is self-driven, proactive and result-oriented.
