Steve Lord is recruiting for a Service Delivery Lead to work for a well renowned pharmaceutical company. The Service Delivery Lead will be working at the site in Cork, Ireland on an initial one year contract basis. The primary function of this role will be responsibility for technology services for the companies LMDW environment. Providing delivery,support, and reliability improvements of the site infrastructure environment across the LMDW (Lab, Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehouse).
As Service Delivery Lead you should have the following skills and experience:
-Broad base technology and process background.
-Experience in multiple technology service towers such as server and storage or network, web, messaging and databases.
-Broad knowledge of the LMDW business, as well as processes, tools, and integration of LMDW plant equipment with IT platforms (eg, Wonderware, Camstar, OSIPI, Werum, LIMS, Tracksys. Etc.),
