Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a GIS & GPS & AVL Expert, ideally based in Saudi Arabia.

One of our clients is currently looking for a GIS/GPS & AVL expert to work on a implementation project for my client.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in GPS/AVL tracking implementation projects (hands on experience)
- Knowledge of technical specifications of hardware needed for GPS tracking projects and RFID's
- Good analytical skills in order to convert the business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent reporting skills
- Developed project management skills
- Data Management experience ( knows how to deal with different types of databases )
- Good Knowledge Planning and Operations
- Transportation experience is a plus
