Oracle DBA consultant - Support of CRM development on behalf of our financial client we are looking for a DBA Oracle consultant - Support of CRM development
Primary tasks are supporting the Front Office CRM development area in incident investigation and resolution and in root cause analysis.
You will also be required to carry out the following tasks:
- Check logfiles in production via splunk
- Check Mainframe logs and act accordingly
- Check database performance
- Handles batch job issues - investigate and understand the data
- Execute SQL scripts in QMF
- Check Outlook production mail boxes used by the Secure Mail
- Access to a couple of utility applications aimed at assisting in fixing some of the problems.
