Description:

Responsible for researching and analysing existing contracts, and making recommendations on various issues.

Responsible for managing and maintaining corporate vendor contracts.

Financial portfolio and invoice reconciliation

Contract negotiation
Requirements:
-
Ability and experience with identification of contractual Service Levels and enforcement of vendor performance of those Service Levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized and attention to detail

Creating executive presentations

SharePoint administration or experience with contract management system

Ability to operate in a highly flexible environment

Ability to prioritize appropriately

Must be highly organized with special attention to detail.

Ability to draft and redline contractual clauses.

Must be capable of drafting contractual instruments including but not limited to amendments, addendums, statements of work, schedules, and exhibits.

Familiarity with a contract management system is preferred. SharePoint experience a plus.

BA or BS required; plus 5+ years of direct relevant experience
