Contract Administrator

Description:

  • Responsible for researching and analysing existing contracts, and making recommendations on various issues.

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining corporate vendor contracts.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management/Administration

  • SLA Management

  • Financial portfolio and invoice reconciliation

  • Vendor Governance

  • Contract negotiation

Requirements:

  • Ability and experience with identification of contractual Service Levels and enforcement of vendor performance of those Service Levels.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized and attention to detail

  • Creating executive presentations

  • SharePoint administration or experience with contract management system

  • Ability to operate in a highly flexible environment

  • Adaptability to changing priorities

  • Ability to prioritize appropriately

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Must be highly organized with special attention to detail.

  • Ability to draft and redline contractual clauses.

  • Must be capable of drafting contractual instruments including but not limited to amendments, addendums, statements of work, schedules, and exhibits.

  • Familiarity with a contract management system is preferred. SharePoint experience a plus.

  • BA or BS required; plus 5+ years of direct relevant experience
