Description
The contractor, recruited under the SSC, shall full fill following tasks under direct supervision of NAGSMA Responsible.
Data management to support Technical Branch test and verification activities.
Role and Responsibilities
Works within the Technical Branch to perform Data Management activities for formal test events as required and provide day to day support to the Test Manager, in particular in the update of the Test and Verification databases.
Collaborative services
1. Create, administer and manage NAGSMA databases to support the Test and verification:
2. Download, register and load in a local Database the Test and Verification database (excel
input); Check for its consistency and do local administration.
3. Download, register and load in a local Database the Deficiency Reporting database (excel
input); Check for its consistency and do local administration.
4. On a regular basis, review and update content to ensure necessary consistency and
quality of information;
5. Provide support to the Joint Deficiency Report Board (high priority deficiency and their
relevant current status)
6. As required, provide guidance to NAGSMA staff members on online platform and website
content and structure.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
