Description
Infrastructure Security Lead required for a 6-12 month contract based in Dublin.
The successful Infrastructure and Security Lead will be a self-starter who is able to work in both a team and individual capacity and must possess strong client facing skills and stakeholder management skills.
You will be able to work in a methodical way whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Responsible for quality assurance and providing deep architectural support to the Project Team and Technology lead in relation to the delivery of the System Implementers technical and security architecture strategy, documentation, design, build and implementation in accordance with Tender requirements.
Work with System Implementer and the Project Team to implement the Infrastructure and Security design for the system, hosting sites, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity approaches
Work with the Project Team to pro-actively pursue Technical and Security project milestones and significant input into the quality assessment and business sign-off of work stream deliverables
Ensure the production readiness of this critical high volume system through the coordination of design and deliverables with key stakeholders and providing weekly Project Reports on the resources, timescales, processes, monitoring potential impacts as part of the Infrastructure and Security solution delivery
Skills, Experience & Knowledge of Candidate
The Infrastructure and Security Lead will have the following skills:
Required
A minimum of 15 years' experience of Oracle EBS architecture and security knowledge across a number of domains including services, Middleware, data storage, connectivity across the whole solution, portal/messaging, operating systems, Primary, Secondary and Operational site enablement, Security and Enterprise Operations (Required)
A minimum of 15 years' experience of working in an Infrastructure and Security Lead or Analyst capacity in similar shared services/multi-tenant deployment of this scale and complexity (Required)
A minimum of 15 years' experience of working as Oracle APPS EBS DBA and strong experience with r12 (Required)
Desirable
a degree in information systems or computer science
Highly skilled in relation to Oracle Super cluster infrastructure, RAC, WebLogic, Virtualisation, scaling and tuning platforms and services
Experience in Infrastructure performance testing, network tuning, operational and DR readiness testing, environment deployment and release management
Experience of working in a project environment and stakeholder management
Experience in knowledge transfer responsibilities
