Description
Complaints Handler required with the following skills:
- Ability to undertake end to end reviews of Collections customer journeys identifying material failings in policy, process or policy leading to sub optimal customer outcomes.
- A background in Mortgage Quality Assurance or similar.
- CeMap or equivalent experience including the Mortgage sales process and fair outcomes testing of similar.
- Working knowledge of the end to end Collections process.
- A broad understanding of MCOB and its application, in particular MCOB 13.
- A working knowledge of the associated regulatory landscape - including but not limited to Sysc, PRIN and aligned regulatory Thematic reviews/Investigations.
The successful Complaints Handler will have experience of working with Mortgages Quality Assurance or similar.
