Description
For a client within Banking industry in Sweden, Sirius Business Group is looking for a consultant for a Tester role in the Deposits and Accounts area.
Successful candidate will be a part of a major change program. The program consists of a number of projects which are together covering the entire application process (from requirements definition, design, development, and testing) for inclusion in the Bank's organization and handover to management.
The Tester will participate in quality assurance requirements in the Deposits and Accounts area, and take responsibility for preparation and implementation of tests. The work requires independent work, problem-solving and to taking initiative.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and implementation of system integration tests and acceptance tests, as well as participatation in preparations for production launch
Following the test procedures which are supposed to be used within the program
Report status to the SA team
Coordinate with other testers in the program
Participate in planning and implementing the additions/changes to the test design and test plan depending on Change Requests identified within the demands of the job.
Qualifications:
Successfull candidate is expected to have solid experience in test design and test projects with complex integrated systems environments, as well as experience working with different testing techniques and test tools.
Requirements:
A relevant degree or equivalent
Extensive experience with test design and testing
Experience with integrated complex test environments
Experience with testing in the banking and financial sector - Swedish banking infrastructure
Experience with testing in the areas of Deposits and Accounts
Experience with large diversion project/migration projects in the banking and finance sector
Very good communication skills in English, both in writing and in speech
Ability to coordinate test work against several providers located at different locations
Experience with communicating issues solved/handled by teams that include resources with deep business knowledge and resources with strong technical background
Competence and experience with different testing tools for test automation
Following will be considered an asset:
ISTQB certification
