NextLink is having an existing position as Windows 10 Incident Support consultant for global projects in Madrid, Spain.
- Start date: 12.12.2016 (or ASAP)
- End date: 29.09.2017
- Work location: Madrid, Spain
- Remote: possible, prior to approval
Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for the incident management of the Early Adopters/Pilot and hypercare period for the Windows10 as well as supporting the IE11 rollout in the Windows 7 platform.
This includes
- Follow the processes defined for the Win10 hypercare and IE11 rollout
- Third level support before escalating issues to Engineering
- Tracking of tickets and aligning with Platform Provisioning Stream- Engineering team and other streams (OCM, Deployment Readiness, Application Remediation) in case of problems
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with all Windows 10+ project streams
- Support and incident management the Windows 10 users on the technical image (pilot and Hypercare period)
- Support and incident management for Early adopters
- Support and incident management for the IE11 rollout
Skills:
- Self-motivated, organized, structured and diligent
- Experience in End User Support (3rd level support- Engineering product support)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- You have a deep technical knowledge and experience in at least three of the following technologies:
- Internet Explorer management, Java and application compatibility (Experience with troubleshooting Enterprise mode)
- Operating Systems (Windows 7,10). Experience with deployment troubleshooting
- Microsoft System Center.
- Hardware and devices management
- Experience with Active Directory (GPO configuration)
