Software Vulnerability Management Project Manager

Role:

For the Security Vulnerability Management (SVM) of Middleware and application-Embedded software:

  • Coordinate the SVM activities for the different Middleware teams
  • Oversee and coordinate the deployment of
    Software that can be deployed independently of ADM
    fully owned by Corporate Technology
    dependent on a supplier (eg Swift)
    Software developed by ADM and off-the-shelf application software packages
  • Liaise with the Middleware Release Management project team
  • Coordinate with the various stakeholders of the SVM for software, a.o.
    Production Integration Distributed (for SVM remediation analysis)
    Solution Architecture
    Test & Dev Launch coordinator
  • Coordinate with Technical Domain Owners (TDO s), within and outside the Middleware teams, and with Application Owners within ADM on patch and configuration change deployment (vulnerabilities and weaknesses)
  • Liaise with the Release Management team for proper reporting of software SVM
  • Ensure proper risk assessment is performed, deal with Security Exception Review Board (SERB) for managing exceptions
  • Drive the frameworks roadmap

The role is based in Brussels and requires the collaboration with teams located in Brussels, Paris and London. Hence occasional travel to the Paris and London offices may be needed.

  • Ability to identify weaknesses/strengths of the security vulnerability process
  • Ability to define and roll-out process improvements (including tooling)

Additional skills

  • Have a basic understanding of the ITIL principles, more specifically, change and release management, and how to apply them
  • Analytical skills: able to process a lot of information in a short period
