UI/UX Manager
For a global travel company based in Brussels we are looking for a UI/UX Manager. This company is currently going through a big digital transformation. You will be managing the Web team.
Tasks:
- ensure consistency of use experience across channels and devices
- define actionable prototypes for each project
- measure, control, update, improve UI/UX on on-going base
- Coach/support team to improve their UI/UX skills, raise the bar to reduce back and forth interactions in every project.
Required technical skills:
- Wireframing/prototyping, high level expertise with UI/UX tools like Axure or similar
- Good understanding of design principles (page composition, visuals, colors, )
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS and other programming languages (no need to code)
- Good understanding of how a website works, from Front End to Back End and web services
- Experience in conversion optimization, commercial flows.
