One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Successfactors COMP Consultant.

Please note that this role can be done remotely (from home) with occasional trips to Luxembourg required.

Implementation of SuccessFactors COMP module

2) configure COMP

Responsibilities

The Compensation Module supports all processes to define and manage the budgets for the calculation of salary changes and bonus calculations. It further also offers the processes to calculate and approve these salary and bonus calculations.

Following structuring principles are supporting the Compensation implementation:

  • The client shall configure SuccessFactors to support one annual global process, including activities to cover one template for one Salary Increases plan and one for Bonus plan and one Stock Option Plan/Warrant Plan
  • But different calculations per country are included
  • The configuration of an additional template will vary between euro exclusive VAT, depending on the complexity and the possible reuse of existing plans .
  • The client shall also deliver the standard integration to EC and the training.
  • Two iterations shall be used in the approach.

Assumptions:

  • No configuration of The Variable Pay module included
  • Luxembourg Compensation specificities will be covered as foreseen by SuccessFactors in Employee Central fields (we assume that processes and logic build in SAP for Luxembourg will be kept).
  • The Compensation Management stream mainly covers the global compensation process of all countries (and possible integrations with Employee Central).
  • Mobile configuration is included (see general assumption)
  • The client shall assist the Customer especially during the:
  • Initial Project planning/Resource meeting & Project kickoff meeting
  • Trainings
  • All Configuration Requirements workshops
  • First 2 days of Testing (afterwards mainly remote support): Demo + Support testing
  • Go-Live Trainings (TTT-trainings): Reporting training, Module admin training, Security training
