Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Training Lead to support a large FTSE 100 company undergoing a major finance transformation. Responsible for the end to end strategy and delivery of training circa 2,500 staff, the successful candidate must have experience of creating and delivering Oracle training plans in a large complex organisation. As an experienced Training Director we are looking for strong capabilities in Management, Influencing, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management.
We will be looking for someone to be available to start in the New Year.
