SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
SuccessFactors Functional Consultant is urgently required for a Proof of Concept in China's silicon valley.
The SuccessFactors Functional Consultant will be responsible for the following:
1, map the SuccessFactors modules into the client existing HR operation landscape - the client will provide their process taxonomy in level 4
2, facilitate a workshop to help the client understand these software's standard functions & features - Oracle and SAP will come for the demo and will sit with the client and play an independent role
3, produce a high-level comparison report in between SuccessFactors and Oracle Fusion software as input for their coming HR leadership meeting
The SuccessFactors Functional Consultant will ideally conform to the following profile:
- The SuccessFactors Functional Consultant should know SuccessFactors functions and features very well and should be able to advise the client on the product's pro's and cons, cans and can'ts
- The SuccessFactors Functional Consultant should ideally have at least 5 years implementation experience, especially for global roll-outs, so he or she can share any experience or insight on how SuccessFactors caters for a global organisation...
