Description
I am searching for a Senior Change - Programme Manager for my Atlanta based client who are currently implementing Workday HCM and Financials.
You will be an experienced Business Transformation Manager/Director with significant experience in delivering and embedding complex business change programs to organizations. Previous experience with digital transformations is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Refine and manage the Digital Transformation Program scope and project plan
- Coordinate US-wide rollout of Salesforce, Workday and Marketing Automation, with support from project teams, as well as US-based system experts for Salesforce and Workday
- Closely work with the central Program Office to ensure best practice project and program management for the transformation program
- Manage key stakeholders within the business, C-suite down to user level
- Travel to other offices within the US and some travel to Europe
Essential skills:
- Experience in successfully leading and embedding Business Change
- Experience in leading Digital/IT transformation programs
- Experience in managing project teams
- Project and Program Management
- Strong, effective communication skills
- Facilitation skills (eg running workshops and training sessions)
- Stakeholder management skills
