Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for a 6 month extendable contract assignment in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Skills/Experience Required
* Five years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM and eBS HCM.
* Must have experience in implementing Oracle Fusion core & advance HCM in Saudi Arabia
* Full and successful Oracle Fusion core and advance HCM implementations covering the following Fusion modules:
HR, Saudi Payroll, Competency management, Talent Management, Goal Management, Self Service
* Should be familiar with Oracle implementation methodology "OUM"
* The implementation covers conducting the Business Analysis As-IS & To be, Configuration, Training, CRP, UAT and master data & opening balance upload, production tuning
* 3 Full and successful Oracle eBS core and advance HCM implementations.
* Must be fluent in English, speaking and writing
