Skills and experience required:
Dutch Language Required.
- Experience in Business Analysis in the Insurance Domain
- Expected to organize requirement gathering sessions,
- Eliciting Requirements, and model the processes with renowned techniques like UML etc,
- Analyse, Translate and Simplify Requirements,
- Requirements management and communication,
- Planning and monitoring the requirements,
- Requirement Analysis,
- Create detailed business cases on process and requirement study in the pre-project phase,
- Drive and design modern processes,
- Prepare detailed test cases, and assist in end to end testing,
- Having good Experience in Client Interaction to understand, document and communicate to satisfy the customer expectations,
- Experience with test-driven development
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
- Can work well and communicate effectively with diverse teams of technical architects, information architects, Back End Developers and designers
- Not afraid to represent your opinions, ideas and creative concepts
- Experience of working in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Experience in working in an agile and scrum based approach
- Team player who is motivated, self-learner and well organized
