Description
This is not a technical job. We are seeking a non-technical person to coordinate the systems access and hardware needs of new employees. You will email other teams to do the work. You will initiate and track the set up of PC's, Laptops and Mobile Phones. Email IT to create email accounts, Network access and login ID's to systems and track the orders as well as coordinate and schedule the decommission upon employee exit.
We require strong analysis and Excel skills.
Prior experience working in this capacity is required.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Receive and track new user ID requests and decommission upon exit
- Check the request for completeness and accuracy
- Place orders for email AD ID, office telephones, wireless devices
- Place orders using the Remedy system
- Coordinate the delivery and set up of equipment with IT personnel
- Make the needed hand-offs to the application teams for needed application access
- Receive the requested credentials
- Receive confirmation of completion of all steps
- Test Access
- Communicate the credentials and status to the hiring manager
- Track the entire process and escalate as needed to two division managers
- Cadence structure and reporting to IT Leadership on a weekly basis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT. related field or 2 + years of relevant work experience
- Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse project team in a highly visible,
- Fast paced with aggressive timelines
- Ability to work effectively with personnel at multiple levels of the organization
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication
- Follow up skills
Plus:
- Experience with O365 Pro Plus core applications as a user
