CX Developers (Service Cloud Developers) - Malmo, Sweden - English speaking

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for two CX Developers (Service Cloud Developers).

Main Responsibilities
Good team player driving Service Level Fulfillment and development work.
Owning the responsibility on Requirement gathering, Designing, Development and Deployment with roll outs process of the enhancement requests.
Client Interaction for testing, packaging and deployment activities.
Application support & Problem/Incident management.
Show complete ownership in striving for more efficient solutions, incident reduction, and problem management.
Initiating/aligning with various initiatives aimed at delivery efficiencies, supporting and driving them to conclusion.
Ensuring that all delivery processes are adhered to, and are aligned with industrialization initiatives
Maintaining and providing necessary data and information for various reporting purposes.
Coaching and mentoring team members.
Actively manage application stakeholder(s) in all phases of the project

Competencies Required

Should be experienced in end-to-end know-how of Oracle Service Cloud (previously known as RightNow) product which is part of Oracle Cloud.
Experience in Oracle Knowledge Advance (now art of Oracle Service Cloud)
Experience in configuring all channels of communication web, chat, telephone, social, email (on premise)
Experience with integration of Communication platform with universal queuing
Business Analyst and Solution Designer Experience for Service sector in Retail Sector
Experience in Agile project delivery.
Oracle Service Cloud developer is responsible for configuring and developing Agent Desktop, Customer Portal & Integration.
Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance Cloud capabilities.
Configure Workflows, Workspace, Business rules, Scripting, Knowledge Base, Email, Engagement Engine.
Oracle Service Cloud Implementation & Oracle Service Cloud Technical Implementation Certification.
Facilitate migrate, roll-out OSvC application.
Excellent Knowledge & working experience on Security & Privacy policy for Cloud Architecture
Experience & extensive knowledge on the following (Mandatory) Developing AddIn's using .NET framework for agent desktop. Web Technologies working experience such as JavaScript, XML, HTML5, AJAX, CSS, for customer portal customization.
Excellent understanding & working experience for web services (REST/SOAP/WSDL/XML), and HTTP Request Methods
Integrating Oracle Service Cloud with other systems such as Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Web Services, Customer Hub etc
Incorporate best practices for code development and maintenance in a cloud based environment
Develop a seamless integration between Legacy system and cloud system in a hybrid solution
Excellent working experience in PHP, OOP, MVC, Code IgniterFrameworks
Experience in both Front End and Back End design and development for Oracle Service Cloud
Excellent working experience in developing custom add-ins, widgets and event triggers
Experience in XML, APIs, Zend, SOAP
RESTful Web Services, SVN/GIT
Hands on expertise on Oracle Service Cloud
Expertise on integration via web services and SOA platforms
Expertise of configuring and customizing web portals
