Description
We urgently seek a senior Huawei RF Consultant to work on a long term project for a leading telecoms vendor in Kinshasa, Congo DRC.
You must be a fluent French speaker and have experience communicating with CXO level.
Our client will provide accommodation, transporation, securitry and an excellent packagte for the duration of this assignment.
Duties -
1. Responsible for CXO level communication, End to End Quality of service reporting to the CXO
2. Technical Interface with other vendors
3. Establish all the related documentation for the integration, acceptance, Optimization for the customer
4. Communicate and negotiate all the technical issues with the customer during whole project, as KPIs, VIP complain, acceptance etc.
5. Technical negotiation and presentation of all the solutions proposed by our client ( design, feature, optimization, etc.)
Requirements -
1. Minimum 10-15 years in telecom experience, HUAWEI network management preferred
2. MOCN(Multi-Operator Core Network) experience preferred
3. End to end knowledge of network performance optimization( core/transmission/BSS/RF)
4. Strong presentation skills both in French and English
5. High degree of self confidence and excellent analytical and conceptual skills
