Our client is urgently searching for a strong Open Source Developer with Linux, Python, C/C++, Cmake, Agile or Scrum experience to work on a critical project in Norway as a contractor.

A successful consultant will have strong skills in:

Open Source
Linux
Python (Matplotlib, Pandas, Scipy, Numpy, PyQt)
C/C++(boost)
Cmake
Scrum/Agile

The role

Take part in the software development team located in Bergen.
Contribute to many/all projects that the team delivers on.
Be passionate about open source and software craftsmanship
Perform custom software development towards research and other business areas. The customer uses Scrum/agile work methodologies, test driven development and continuous integration. Many of the customers solutions are open source and they aim to increase that number.

This is a English speaking role.
