Key Responsibilities - Accounting, Controls & Compliance
Working within a team of 10 staff who enable and review the accounting books and records in accordance with US/Local GAAP and our clients Accounting policies, and ensure a strong system of internal controls over the accuracy of financial reporting.

As one of the UK Senior Financial Analyst's, the candidate will:
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, client policies and procedures, and our clients standards of business conduct
- Partner with cross functional team that includes Tax, Legal, Global Financial Solutions (GFS), HR, Payroll, Real Estate, Mergers Acquisitions Divestitures Organization (MADO), and Controllership Centre of Excellence
- Support key control procedures such as Balance Sheet Reviews, Country Reviews, and Internal and External Audit's in partnership with external auditor E&Y
- Support statutory account team with statutory account production, and 2016 GAAP conversion project
- Support UK lead analyst with Software divestiture activities, and post Enterprise Services spin work consolidation
- Partner with cross functional team to integrate acquired companies, and identify companies to be placed into liquidation
- Have knowledge of complex accounting areas such as Pensions and Tax
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design

Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics, and accounting certification (ACA preferred)
- Typically 6+ years of experience in a finance function
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function
