An important part of the programme is moving council services online. This digital transformation programme will make more services available to local residents twenty-four hours a day, seven days per week.
Phase one of this digital transformation programme is now complete, the website ha received good reviews, customer satisfaction scores have been improved and savings have been made. In phase two, further services will be delivered online and the website will be improved.
We have been asked to recruit an additional Web Content Editor to join the team to:
- write new content for services moving online
- edit and improve existing content
- repurpose offline documents and make them suitable for the web
- transfer content from a Legacy content management system to a new Drupal CMS
The ideal candidate will be an experienced WebContent Editor, living within easy commutable distance of East London, ideally from a local authority or public sector background with hands-on experience of Drupal.
