Description

Next Ventures are looking for a Software Configuration Engineer for a long term project based in Belgium.

Role: Software Configuration Engineer

Job type: Contract

Start date: ASAP

Contract length: 6 months (+ extension)

Rate: Negotiable

Role

The candidate will perform execution tasks to support the Delivery Department and maintenance tasks as well as monitoring/analysis in relation to performance and stability.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years' experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server
  • 3 years' experience with DB2 LUW (preferably AIX)
  • Core technical experience in administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server and other related technologies
  • Knowledge of HTTP/S protocol standards
  • Knowledge of SSL and SSL certificate management
