We are looking for a Quality Consultant with indepth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools to join our team in Brussels, a major center for international politics and home of numerous international organizations
Working under our contract with DG REGIO, you will help our client accomplish their vision of delivering lasting improvements in the economy and quality of life for everybody, wherever they live.
Tasks will mainly include:
- Provide recommendation for assessing and improving systems quality;
- Identify and document weak points in the integration of the systems;
- Develop test scripts to automate test systems and procedures;
- Validate the actual implementation against stated analysis and assess the completeness and accuracy of the analysis;
- Coordination of Systems Integration and Test teams.
We are searching for a candidate with the following profile:
- Minimum 13 years of higher studies and professional experience;
- 9 years of experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies and tools;
- In-depth knowledge of integration, build and test tools;
- Experience using Scripting languages and test automation software eg Junit and Selenium;
- Experience with C++ or Java;
- Very good knowledge of quality methodology and standards;
- Knowledge of Data Base languages and tools (Oracle, SQL, Toad);
- Experience in Web service testing (SoapUI, XML);
- Very good knowledge of English.
The successful candidate should be able to start in February 2017. This position is offered as a long term freelance contract.
